FVP: Government Exerts More Efforts to Engage Armed Movements in the National Dialogue - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production



First
Vice President, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Saleh announced that the
government will exert all possible efforts in an attempt to negotiate
with the armed movements to convince it join the national dialogue
towards achieving a comprehensive solution to Sudan’s issue.

He
pointed out to the integrated efforts of the government to boost peace
and stability process in the country through the inclusive national
dialogue, affirming that the dialogue will stop the war and heal the
wounds.

Saleh,
who was addressing the Third National Service Conference, called for
reviewing the work regulations and microfinance policies to give
priorities to those who spend the national service more concessions.

For
his part, Defence Minister, Lt. General Awad Mohammed Ahmed Ibn Ouf
reaffirmed their commitment to ease the procedures and unify its
channels for those who join the national service in coordination with
the concerned ministries in response to the parents’ desire.

He
affirmed that the national service upgrades the feelings of
responsibility besides filling the gap in educational and health
services, pointing out to its importance in upgrading the nation’s
values.

National
Service General Coordinator, Dr. Yassir Osman Suleiman said that this
conference comes in completion to the development process through
contributing in achieving peace and stability.

He
affirmed availing conducive working environment through providing
training according to scientific programmes, calling for availing more
microfinance opportunities for youth in the national service through
recruiting them.

National
Service Department Director, Maj. General, Ibrahim Yunis Ibrahim said
that the national service derived its strategy from the state’s 25-year
strategy, adding that the upcoming stage will witness the enforcement of
contemplating to rebound the national service.
