State Minister for Cabinet affirms Government keenness to establish strong relations with Britain - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production

State
Minister for Council of Ministers, Tareq Tawfeq Mohammed has
underscored keenness of Government of Sudan to establish firm relations
with the United Kingdom that based on strong historical ties that link
the two countries.

The
State Minister during a meeting with British Ambassador to Sudan,
Michael Aron at the Council of Ministers' General Secretariat , Monday,
indicated to the close cultural and academician cooperation between the
two countries that witnessed positive development during the past
period, expressing hope that areas of cooperation would be increased to
include all fields.

The
meeting reviewed the deeply rooted British parliamentary experiment and
how could be employed for boosting mechanisms of parliamentary work
between executive and legislative bodies.

The
British Ambassador, on his part, described the Sudanese parliamentary
experiment as pioneering , commending the deeply rooted relations
between Sudan and Britain and the atmosphere of national dialogue which
prevails the Country.
