Minister
of Minerals, Dr Ahmed Mohammed Al-Karuri unveiled that agreement
between Ministry of Minerals and Saudi Ministry of Oil and Minerals has
been reached on completion of Atlantis Project for exploration in the
Red Sea.
He
underlined in a statement to SUNA upon arrival at Khartoum Air Port
after participation in meetings of the Joint Sudanese-Saudi Committee
which held in Jeddah during the past two days, the success of the
meetings and that came out with good recommendations , referring to the
economic importance of deep sea mining to the economies of the two
countries.
It
is worth mentioning that the Atlantis Project is Agreement between
Sudan and Saudi Arabia on extraction of a number of minerals.
