Delegation of Tunisian businessmen and investors to participate in Tunisia Week in Khartoum - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production
A
delegation of Tunisian businessmen and investors will visit Sudan at
the beginning of the next year to take part in the Tunisia Week which
will be held as part of activities of Khartoum International Fair.
This
came when Minister of Investment, Modathir Abdul-Rahim received in his
Office delegation of the Tunisian Union for Industry, Commerce and
Traditional Industries in presence of Ambassador of Tunisia to Sudan,
Emad Al-Rahmouni who pointed out that the aim of the delegation's visit
to Sudan is to seek possibilities of joint economic cooperation,
investment opportunities and to prepare for coming visit of delegation
of Tunisian businessmen and investors as well as the meeting of the
Joint Sudanese-Tunisian Committee.
The
Ambassador of Tunisia unveiled that arrangements are underway for
staging air fights between Khartoum and Tunis to ease movement of
businessmen in the two countries, affirming importance of boosting the
joint cooperation.
The Minister of Investment, on his part, lauded progress and close relations between Sudan and Tunisia.
He
reviewed investment opportunities in various fields in Sudan, laws and
incentives, advantages and tax and custom exemption provided to
investors, besides the free trade zones with a number of neighboring
countries.
The Minister pledged to provide all facilitations and guarantees for attracting Tunisian investments.
