Addressing
the National Legislature Monday, affirmed that efforts will be
continued for enhancing the institutions and legislations for
guaranteeing honesty and transparency, especially with regard to
financial electronic dealings.

stressed that the federal government system id the best means for
governance in Sudan, adding that the adoption of this system has enabled
transferring all the powers for development and services to the states,
referring the continuous search for enhancing to the federal government
experiment.

promotion of the civil service toward achieving a working system which
is based on efficiency, neutrality, honesty, transparency and
accountability.
