Hassabo: Dialogue is Strategic and not Political Tactic - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production
Whilst
addressing a youth campaign to support the process of the national
dialogue at the Friendship Hall yesterday, the Vice-President said
political forces support the national dialogue. He added, "the dialogue
is against war and disdainful of hatred and conflict at home. We want
it to be a culture and policy.”
For
his part, Information Minister Ahmed Bilal praised the role of the
media committee from the National Union of the Sudanese Youth on
dialogue through mobile forums in all states of the country.
The
union presented a vision to the Secretariat for National Dialogue,
which called for the need to renounce violence, tribal conflicts and to
act to stop the war.
President
of the Union Bashar Shoqar urged the government, political forces and
the armed movements to make concessions for the success of the dialogue.
On
the other hand, the 7+7 mechanism said it did not rule out extending
the time of the dialogue, in anticipation of the consequences of
circumstances that may arise, based on the recommendations of the
general secretariat of the dialogue.
The
mechanism member Abboud Jabir revealed the coordinating mechanism of
the dialogue expects the work of the committees to end by the specified
time period of three months. However he did not rule out extending this
period in lieu of advice from the general secretariat.
