NISS Chief: Huge Development Resources Missed Due to Wars and Conflicts - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production



National
Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) announced its unlimited
support to the civil society components in Central Darfur State,
affirming its serious desire to achieve peace and stability in Sudan in
general and Darfur in particular, adding that the wars and conflicts
resulted to the missing of huge resources and efforts that could be
utilized in development and services, pointing out that Sudan is rich
with its human resources.

Meanwhile,
NISS Director, Lt. Gen. (Eng.) Mohammed Atta Al-Mawla Abbas said, while
addressing Central Darfur civil society components, that achieving
peace and stability is the responsibility of the community in
partnership with the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and other regular
forces.

He
affirmed that the NISS will remain providing full support to SAF and
police forces, adding that the NISS is working to upgrade the conducive
environment for work through construction of modern buildings that help
in conducting the work in stability, calling for fusibility of army
officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers in the Darfur
community.

Abbas called for patience towards those who rebelled considering them as sons of the nation and they will come back one day.

He announced the donation of the NISS by SDG300 thousand to the society components of Central Darfur State.

For
his part, Central Darfur Governor, Jaafar Abdul Hakam lauded the
efforts of the NISS in achieving stability, security and stability in
the state, pointing out to the great efforts of the NISS in constructing
several school, affirming the smart partnership between the NISS and
the civil society, explaining the launching of the new NISS buildings as
an added value in the state.

It
is worth noting that the civil society components of Central Darfur
State honoured the NISS Director while the NISS also honoured some of
the State’s figures.
