Parliament Approves Act of National Commission for Combating Corruption - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production
The
MPs have pointed out that the Act represents the objective transition
of the state towards fighting the corruption, pointing to the importance
of the roles of the country's institutions in reactivation of
regulations and laws .
The
Assembly has called on the community to contribute to combating
corruption, referring to the existence of the national political will to
fight the corruption .
Meanwhile
, the Assembly has approved the report of the Justice and Legislation
Committee on the draft bill for the ratification of the
Sudanese-Nigerian Agreement on the mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal
Issues for 2015 .
The
National Assembly chaired by its Deputy Speaker , Dr .Badriya Suleiman
endorsed, Mondaythe Act of the Commission for Combating Corruption, at
the General Feature Stage presented by the Chairman of the Human Rights,
Justice and Legislation Committee, Ahmed Mohammed Al-Tegani .
