President Al-Bashir to inaugurate Al-Barkal International Cultural and Tourism Festival Monday - Rawan For Media Artistic and Production
President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir is due to
inaugurated next Monday the activities of the Second Session of
Al-Barkal International Cultural and Tourism Festival and addresses the
mass rally at Sports City in Karima and witness the opening of the First
Investment, Industry and Tourism Forum and at the Northern State in
Merowe.
The
Deputy Chairman of the National Congress and Head of the Mobilization
Committee at Merowe Locality Awad Al-Karim Ibrahim said, in statement to
SUNA, that all the committees have completed preparations and
arrangements for the start of the festival including educational
activities, exhibitions, cultural nights and various forms of sport
competitions.
He pointed out that several parties and dignities from inside and outside the country would participate in the said activities.
He stressed that the locality completed all preparations to receive the guests and participants in the festival activities.
